Sawdust City Brewing is a provincial leader in water stewardship practices. In September 2017, more than 40 key stakeholders from Ontario’s craft beer eco-system gathered at Sawdust City Brewing: to recognize Sawdust as a leader in water stewardship; and to celebrate the 1st ever installation of an innovative, decentralized wastewater treatment system known as BruClean. This successful project is part of BLOOM’s Water & Beer initiative with the Ontario Craft Brewers association.
